Our Veteran Home Care Program provides non-skilled, in-home assistance tailored to each veteran’s needs—from help with daily routines to transportation and companionship. We understand the visible and invisible challenges many veterans face, and we’re here to help them age with dignity in the comfort of home.

Our caregivers are compassionate, culturally sensitive, and often bilingual—ensuring trust, consistency, and clear communication. We also assist families in navigating VA benefits and resources.

You May Qualify for VA-Funded Home Care

If you’re a veteran enrolled in VA health care, you may be eligible for in-home support through the VA Homemaker and Home Health Aide (H/HHA) Program. This benefit helps veterans remain safe and independent at home—while also giving family caregivers peace of mind and respite.

What’s Covered?

• Help with bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Meal prep and feeding assistance

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Medication reminders

• Companionship and caregiver relief

 

Who Qualifies? You may be eligible if:

• You’re enrolled in VA health care

• You need help with daily activities

• A VA provider determines that in-home care is part of your treatment plan
